गूजर gūjar[Prk. गुज्जरो; S. गुजर् रः], adj., & s.m. (f. -ī, or -nī), Of or relating to Guzerāt;—an inferior caste of Rājpūts (chiefly engaged in agriculture, and notorious for cattlestealing; they were originally from Guzerat, whence their name); a man of that caste;—a cowherd; a milkman.
