گاد

गाद gād[prob. S. कदर्ः], s.f. Sediment, dirt, dregs, lees; the impure liquor from an indigo vat:—gād uṭhānā(-kī), To stir up the sediment or dirt (of), to make a puddle:—gādnīl (or gādh-nīl), s.m. 'Kidney-indigo' (as opposed to 'cake-indigo').
