ढला ू ḍhūlā, ढोला ḍholā[S. ःथूल+कं or ःतूप+ल+कः; cf. ḍhūhā], s.m. A heap or mound of earth, a pillar of mud or brick, boundarymark, landmark; bank (of a river, etc.); a scarecrow (=ḍhū`ā);—a log fastened to the neck of a vicious ox (=ḍenā):—ḍholā-bandī, s.f. Marking a boundary, etc. with mud heaps or pillars.
