चरसा ćarsā[S. चर+त्वच+कं], s.m. Hide (of an ox or buffalo), a skin; dressed leather (particularly the thickest and strongest sole leather;—syn. adhauṛī):—ćarsā-bhar zamīn, s.f. lit. 'As much land as can be covered by a hide'; as much land as can be irrigated by a pair of bullocks.
