wuqū`(inf. n. of وقع 'to fall out, to happen,' etc.), s.m. Falling out, befalling, happening, coming to pass;—an occurrence, event; an accident, a contingency:—wuqū`-ě-jurm, or wuqū`-ě-jurm-ke-waqt, adv. 'On the occurrence of the crime,' red-handed, flagrante delicto:—wuqū`-meṅanā, To come to pass, to take place, to occur, happen:—wuqū`-meṅlānā, To bring to pass, to cause to happen, to commit:—wuqū` honā, v.n. To happen, occur, take place;—to be committed or perpetrated.
