nawāla, vulg. niwāla (for A. نوالة nawālat, fr. nawāl, q.v.), s.m. A mouthful, a morsel;—the wadding (of a gun):—niwāle mārnā, or niwāle karnā, v.t. To swallow by mouthfuls, or to make mouthfuls of; to swallow, to gulp down:—sone-kāniwāla, 'A golden morsel'; an expensive banquet;—a delicious morsel.
