Cut off, broken off; separated, disjoined; abrupt; interrupted; finished, concluded, terminated; ceased; settled, decided;—decisive, conclusive;—exterminated; extinct:—munqat̤ě’karnā, v.t. To cut short, break off, or stop (at, -par), to conclude, etc.:—munqat̤ě’honāor ho-jānā, v.n. To be cut off; to be cut short (at, -par); to be finished, or terminated, etc.; to terminate, to cease, to fail; to become extinct.
