mukabbir (act. part. of كبّر 'to make, or call, or esteem great; to magnify,' ii of كبر 'to be great'), adj. & s.m. Magnifying (God), repeating the formula allāhǒakbar, 'God is very great';—one who magnifies (God, by saying allāhǒakbar).
