लब्ध labdha, vulg. labdh, or labadh (rt. labh), part. (f. -a), Taken, seized, taken hold of; obtained, received; got, gained, won, acquired, attained; recovered:—labdh-paṇās (S. labdhapraṇāśa), s.m. The loss of anything acquired;—one who has obtained the fulfilment of a promise or a vow:—labdh-putr, s.m. (f. -ī), An adopted child:—labdh-ćeṭā, adj. & s.m. Restored to (one's) senses, come to (one's) right mind; recovered:—labdh-dās, s.m. (f. -ī), A slave received as a gift or transfer.
