kandūrī, s.f. A leathern (or linen) cover for a table; a napkin;—a feast held in honour of Fātima, of which only women (and those the most virtuous) can partake (no male is ever permitted to see the food dressed on this occasion and set apart for an offering to the prophet's daughter):—a kind of gourd, Bryonia grandis (=kundrī).
