qīma (for A. قیمة qīmat, prob. fr. Gr. χυµὸς), s.m. Pounded or minced meat:—qīma-pulāo, s.m. A kind of dish made of rice and pounded meat, etc.:—qīma karnā, v.t. To pound (meat), to chop up meat very fine; to make mince-meat of; to hack, mangle. T قینچی qaiṅćī, s.f. Scissors;—an oblique, or St. Andrew's cross;—the joists of a roof); a truss;—a rostrum:—qaiṅćībāṅdhnā, v.n. (in wrestling), To twine the legs (round, -par), to bring an adversary between one's legs; to bind or fasten (an unskilful rider, on his horse):—qaiṅćīkarnā, v.t. To cut (the hair, etc.), to clip, lop, prune:—qaiṅćīlagānā(-meṅ), To apply scissors (to), to cut (cloth, etc.); to apply, or to make, a truss.
