qaṣab (v.n. fr. قصب 'to cut,' etc.), s.m. A reed; a reed-pen; anything hollow (like a reed); a tube, pipe; a bone; a duct, etc.;—a sort of fine linen cloth (made in Egypt):—qaṣab-poshī, s.f. The wearing, or being dressed in, fine linen.
