qurqī(rel. n. fr. qurq, q.v.), adj. Confiscated, attached, etc.;—s.f. Confiscation, sequestration, attachment, distraint (=qurq):—qurqīuṭhā-lenā(-se), To withdraw or remove an attachment or distraint:—qurqībiṭhānā(with loc.), To set a guard over distrained or attachedproperty; to prevent egress from (a house, etc.):—qurqībar-ḵẖẉāst karnā(-se) = qurqīuṭhā-lenā, q.v.:—qurqībhejnā, To send an officer to execute an attachment:—qurqī-ě-’ām, s.f. A general attachment:—qurqī-kāparwāna, or qurqī-parwāna, or parwāna-ě-qurqī, s.m. A warrant issued to sequester a property, a warrant of attachment, writ of execution (=qurq-nāma).
