सनीचर sanīćar [Prk. सिण्मच्छरो; S. शनैŶचरः or शनैस् +चरः], s.m. (lit. 'slow-going'), The planet Saturn;—Saturday; (met.) ill-luck; poverty, penury; dirt; dirty clothes; a dirty, illlooking fellow; a miser; a glutton:—sanīćar ānā(kisī-ke sir), The evil influence of Saturn to come upon (the head of anyone); to come under the influence of an evil star, to suffer misfortune or ill-luck.
