धींगा dhīṅgā[S. िढ+अङ्ग+कं], adj. Stout-bodied, strapping, stalwart, robust, strong;—dhīṅg, s.m. A stalwart fellow, etc.; a paramour, gallant (=dhaggaṛ):—dhīṅgā-dhāṅgī, s.f. Might, power, force, violence, oppression; harassing, worrying, teasing;—commotion, tumult, uproar, hurly-burly (syn. hūṛā-hūṛī);—adv. Violently, forcibly, by force:—dhīṅgā-mushṭī, or dheṅgā-mushṭī, s.f. A scuffle, fisticuffs, fight, row:—dhīṅgdhauṅkṛīkarnā, To use force or violence.
