ḵẖādim (fr. خدم 'to serve'), s.m. A servant; a servant in charge of a mosque or shrine; one who has charge of a religious bequest or endowment:—ḵẖādimu`t̤-t̤ulabā, s.m. A public teacher, a professor (of a college):—ḵẖādim-ě-dargāh, s.m. A servant who takes care of a mosque, or tomb, etc.
