be-gārī, s.m. A person pressed into service, forced labourer, one pressed to carry burdens for individuals or the public;—s.f. The act of pressing or forcing to work:—be-gārī-pakṛelā, s.m. One compelled to work, a pressed man:—be-gārīlenā, v.t. To take forcibly (with or without pay), to press.
