बिहर bahir, vulg. bahar (changeable to बिहस् bahisand बिहः bahih̥), adj. Out, without, outside, outer,ex ternal, exterior; foreign:—bahir ānā, v.n. To come out, to issue forth (com. bāhar ānā):—bahir deś, s.m. Foreign, or remote, country:—bahih̥koṇ, s.m. Exterior angle:—bahir mukh, adj. & s.m. Impious; impious person; neglect or violation of any moral or religious duty.
