idbār [inf. n. iv of دبر 'to follow behind'], s.m. Turning back, going back; falling off from allegiance; defection; disloyalty;—decline of good fortune (opp. to igbāl), misfortune, illluck, adversity (=kambatī):—idbār ānā(-ko), To be possessed with a spirit of disloyalty or rebellion; to fall away from allegiance; to experience a decline of good fortune; to be overtaken by misfortune (=kambatī ānā).
