āirī, adj. Last, ultimate, etc. (=āir, q.v.); of or belonging to the end; latter:—āirībahār, s.f. The latter part of the spring; the end of the harvest, or fruit season:—āirī ćahār-shamba, s.m. The last Wednesday that falls annually in the month Safar, which is observed as a festival by the Moammadans of India with much solemnity and rejoicing, their prophet having found himself on that day well enough to walk abroad for the first time after a very severe illness:—āirīisāb-arć, s.m. Adjustment of revenue at the end of the year.
